Looking for a duoQ partner [Silver-Gold-Plat] [OCE]

I'm in search for a serious and experienced player, someone who takes ranked as serious as I do. At the moment, I'm currently sitting on 0LP, Gold 5. I know it's a stereotypical thing of a low elo player to say, but; The fault of majority of my games are my team mates. That's not to say I don't have a bad game here and there, but atleast I try my best and keep a positive attitude throughout the entirety of the game. I know there's ways that you can try to carry, especially if you're ahead, and majority of the time it works, with Champs like Kat or Irelia (Hyper Carries in which I like to play) but what can you do when your Jax jungle goes AP, or whilst you're engaging their carries, your team is to busy dealing with their support. There's so many scenarios that I could layout, but all I'm looking for is to find someone that's equal to my skill level and wants to progress with their rankings. It's been a long journey to gold for me, Beginning in S3 where I reached Bronze 1 by the end of the season, I climbed to Silver 1 by the end of S4, and I reached Gold status early on into S5, in which I plan to make Plat+ by the end of this season. Throughout this 3 year journey, I've always been hesitant and fearful of playing Ranked, mainly because Ranked actually means something, and I've never really had anyone to DuoQ with, honestly I wish from when I hit level 30 I began playing ranked, I'm sitting on over 1200 normal wins, in which I feel if I embedded that much time into Ranked, I'd be at the rank of my skill level. But I can't get into Ranked full time, because eventually my luck of team mates runs out, and especially atm, I can't bare to stand the thought of being demoted back to Silver, with everything I've worked so hard for lost. I got promoted and gained around 50 LP, Gold 5, and over the time frame of my last 4 games, I've been match made with the most unbelievable and ignorant people. Ranging from just under skilled toxic players, to just a complete throw of a game. Enough of my rant though, my name is Leigh, I'm 18 years old, currently in school, vacant most weekdays from 4:00pm onwards and I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I play all roles, I don't specialise in any particular role as I like to think I have equal skill in each role, but I do prefer to play Top/Jungle/Mid as I feel I have more of an impact and can control the game more than I could from Bot lane, but I am more than happy to play Adc or Support. As you may have picked up, I'm looking for a DuoQ partner, on the Oceania server, speaks English, ranked Silver-Gold-Plat, somewhat the same skill level and experience as me, to an extent. I mainly use Skype, purely because that's the only communication tool I've ever used, I'm more than willing to download other (free) software to communicate if Skype is an issue. I'm honestly just looking for someone I can rely on during the game and help each climb ranks, someone in the same position as me.
