Looking for a Teacher (Gold+) I'm Silver.

So i came to realize today that i've been in silver 3 years now :/ I play every day and for hours every day and neither me or any of my friends have moved passed silver i can climb out of bronze easy but i just have never been past silver 2. So i was looking for someone that would be able to maybe show me what i'm doing wrong in replays or perhaps by playing with me in games because i want to move up and tired of being stuck in silver. I'm not sure if this is where i should of posted this but seems right lol.
