Plat+ LF trio or more Q

Im of a mind that duo q is ineffective, and harder to climb.

But that with trio or more it becomes easier, depending on the players.

I have people that i duo with, and we work better as a trio, i have also played with people who are inconsistent. They do good some games, then tilt others.

Im looking for people that have consistent play, you dont have to do consistently good, but you need to be a solid player. getting 1 or 2 more deaths than kills is fine, but if you are frequently going 1-10, 2-10, over multiple games and not improving, then i will be less inclined to play with you.

not to be harsh but im trying to climb, and will assist you in any way that i can, like rune pages masteries, playstyle and so forth, so long as your willing to put forth the effort to be a better player.

I am plat 1 right now, i would like anyone i play with to be within 2 divisions of me. dont sent me a friend request without posting here and giving me a reason we should be looking to group together.

I have invited far to many people that have very poor attitudes.
