Master tier team manager looking to create High Silver-Plat ELO team.

Hello,

My name is SamCellPoptart and I am the manager of Deity Gaming, a Master/Challenger level 5's team which is working towards the NACS Spring Split. I devote much of my time to managing my team, and very little to self improvement. I very much enjoy the 5's atmosphere, and would like to find like-minded individuals to play with. The most important thing to me is that each and every member of a team must have a positive attitude and build each other up. Constructive criticism comes after the game as we analyze what mistakes we made, and how we can improve on them in the future. I main ADC currently, but can fill any position.
