Looking for Alternate Player on Competitive Team (full details inside)

Our team already has a full roster but looking for an alternate player to cover down when someone is missing from practice or we need a replacement for a tournament. The player must be familiar with all roles or willing to learn all roles. Full time position on the team may be obtained if someone on the team leaves. Team experience or high ELO is not necessary, and we actually prefer someone without as much experience so we can mold him into the player that will best fit for our team's style of play. Only requirements is you are 16+ of age, on NA servers, and have a working mic/headset.
