Looking for help to get out of bronze with someone

I'm a b5 , got place there through a bad promos cause people were trolling and feeding .in almost every game so far(well the past few days my team has been on top and then when we have the upper advantage, we lose cause my team gets lazy or they give up ) I played with someone who tried to die 30 times in a game . i need to get out of bronze badly. anyone willing to get out of bronze too or can help ,we can play together and get out of bronze as a team . i play adc and Top.
