Thats really nice that your doing this. I was thinking about doing something like this and trying to figure out whats the best way to go about it but i think what your doing is the best. Wish you the best of luck :) See if you can pick up Princess Onyx, shes been looking for people to help her climb but i think shes mainly looking for place to fit in.
