Would appreciate a little help!

Hey! My name is kergioo, I started playing League of Legends about a year ago and have had a lot of fun with the game. A couple months ago I dove into the ranked scene and have been struggling ever since I entered this mode. I am currently sitting in Silver 4, and I wish to climb to gold before this season ends. I've been watching many streams of great league players such as Dyrus, Imaqtipie, Tobias Fate, etc. in order to learn more about the game. I would appreciate help in order to get to my goal elo :).
