Duo Partner

I have been playing only solo que in ranked games and am getting tired of the feeders/afks that I get matched up with. I know that some people will get a bad match but it's getting pretty outrageous . I am looking for a duo partner or possibly enough decent players to start a good team. I Provide good synergy with others and am looking for others that I can count on that won't feed.
