Just search the net for articles and videos on how to improve. There are TONS of great sources out there. If you are really serious about getting better, you have to put in some work and study.
Pick about 6 champions you like and only play them. Preferably pick champions that can do multiple roles. It is better to have a small pool that you are really good with, than a big one that you are meh with.
Most important of all, practice, practice, practice.

What roles do you main? If support, then Im looking for one to duo with. Are you a consistent player? Can you land skill shots(60% - 80% of the time)?
