I would like to play with a consistent team that likes to win and learn. Learning and trying out new things drives the meta. I pick up new champs pretty fast(like overnight fast). After that a few weeks of practice and I play very well with them. I know to look at other champions builds and scores and adjust accordingly. Its also important as a mid to know not just your lane match-up but also how your lane match up interacts with their jungle pick as well.
