Looking for a coach to help me get out of bronze

I main support but can top on occasion if I need to. looking for someone to coach me. I kept blaming circumstance like team mates, afkers, boosters bugga bugga bugga but i need to get better if i want to get out of bronze and i dont know how to do that.
