Gold 2 bro thinking about making a semi competitive team.

Hey I'm McDunkshire and I've been always thinking about making a semi-competitive team. In other words a team made from a group of 5 people, who are willing to meet a few times a week to practice games, climb the team ranked ladder, and working to make the team better. I'm not looking for a group of people who want to get masters quick, join lcs and become famous. I'm looking for a group of people who is willing to put work and time into a team, and if the team seems to be working, eventually try out the competitive scene(online tourneys, splits, etc.) I do care that your Gold + and are at least 17. Personally Mid is my favorite lane(if not my best) and I would like to play it, however I do want to shot call for a team. So what I am looking for is basically this.

A top laner, competent with tanking, handling lanes(clearing waves, tping in time etc.), can duo jungle, has a large champ pool, and can trade lanes

A bot lane, composed of an Adc, with passable mechanics, and good positioning, and a bot lane with a smart support, who understands the vision game and can make a real impact in a game with a low amount of gold. Duos are awesome, especially if you know each other well.

And finally a jungler who has good map awareness, a basic understanding of route planning, ward control, and if good a shot calling, would be awesome.

I hope to avoid ragers, and people prone to tilting. Your skill level in any of the above really doesn't matter as long as it is passable, I am more than willing to work with a team to make each individual a better player.
