Need help getting to gold

I am in need help in getting to gold an possible even diamond, i need help from a higher elo player who will help with tips and carry if needed. I would really appreciate it and might even give a mystery skin or 2 if i get to gold or diamond. Add Mppanthers32 if interested serious offers only.
