[Pulsar Gaming] [PSR] Holding Tryouts for 4 Spots on Competitive Team D3+ ONLY

Subject: Pulsar Gaming searching for 4 spots to be filled on 5's team!

I represent Pulsar Gaming, an ameteur eSports team seeking to become professional, We recently underwent a huge transformation with our organization.

We have a couple of minor sponsors and are growing fast to get to where we need to be. Pulsar Gaming is now looking for 4 spots on our League of Legends team to be filled for starter positions. Here are the requirements in order to be considered for tryouts.

Requirements for team:
-Must be as least Diamond 3 in Ranked Solo Q
-Must be Diamond 1 in Ranked 5's (if you are 1 or the other it is still okay)
-Must be at LEAST 18 years of age AND out of highs school
-May be liable to sign a contract in the near future
-WELL MOTIVATED (That being said, this is a serious and professional team and we expect to see that from all of you)
-The final 5 players that are picked for the team will NEED to sign up for the website
-On time for all practices and with an open schedule

During the tryout phase we are going to be looking for a handful of things. I have time slots for each and everyone who decides they want to tryout for the team and will

need to show up on time. We are going to use a 3 game tryout system. As obvious as it sounds this is what we will be looking for.

Tryout Phase:
-We aren't looking for the nest best player, but we are looking for good players asipiring to be professional and who can grow with the team and individually
-You have to be coachable, our organization believes that with the right coaching we can get you to where you want to be
-Gracious professionalism
-ALWAYS BE OPEN TO IMPROVEMENT
-We are looking for players who interact well with the rest of the team (I do not want to have to kick you off the team because you are just a jerk)
-We are looking for HOW YOU PLAY (Communication/Listening to calls/Timers/Rotations/Mias/Positioning/ALL AROUND MECHANCICS)
