#Weekly “Homework”
Every Sunday, I will be assigning a random match (~20-30 minutes) to watch via YouTube. After watching, you will need to write a short report. These are due on Saturday at 11:59PM PST, and should be e-mailed to [email protected].
I will be compiling everyone’s responses into 1 whole document each week to compare. For those who are online on Sunday, we can have a small discussion of our analyses.
You will be asked to:
- Identify 3 things that each team (blue and red) did poorly and 3 things that each team did well.
- Label what each team composition was centered around (i.e. protect the ADC, late game, poke, sustain, AOE) and whether it was effective against the enemy. Pinpoint the general time when early-game, mid-game and late-game began/ended. Think about what factors determine the shift in pace of the game. How early were objectives taken and what impact did it have on the game at that moment (i.e. 7-minute dragon vs. 16-minute dragon)?
- Name the biggest highlight of the match, like an outplay or team fight.
- From that highlight, why did the losing party lose? What should they/he/she have done differently?
- Describe one player’s build (maybe the one with the least amount of gold/not support) - why did they go that build? Was it effective or could it be improved?
- When was the most common times to initiate successful team fights? Unsuccessful fights?
- If you could go back in time to tell only ONE player from the game ONE piece of advice, what would it be?

If the regime looks daunting or too exhausting for your schedule, consider applying strictly as a sub. If the routine seems challenging but excitement rushes through your bones, great!
