Looking for SERIOUS players, and COMPETITIVE games, even a TEAM to play with. PUG's????

My ign is Reno9, I am bronze 4 i dont play ranked enough to climb just because of the type of people who play in bronze, anyone can tell you its horrible. So im looking for anyone like me who wants to duo or dynamic que and climb ladder and play competitve and at a high level.

I am also looking for any type of community or server out there that has competitive games, like PUG's or S rank in CS:GO. If anyone can help me with that info that would be great.

I really dislike queing for regular ranked games in league right now do to it feels like im just playing normals, everyone who is anyone is playing ranked these days and its just terrible.

Please anyone who reads this or who knows what im talking about or is like me hmu and we can play the game and try and climb. Or anyone who knows of a server or community that has players who are serious or play like PUG games or anything add me on League. Reply to this and let me know ty.
