Need a jungler and top lane for new forming team

I have a mic, and almost all of the software for voice chat.
**Strengths - ** Good attitude. Not one to go on tilt. If we lose a game, I ask myself how I could've changed the outcome, rather than thinking about how another teammate lost it. I admit my mistakes, my faults and I take criticism well.
Patience. I tend to stay defensive when it matters most. If I am losing lane, I am fine with playing Defense and letting my teammates carry. Rather than feed trying to get fed...or If the enemy team is winning, just grabbed baron, but we have a chance, I don't go out to grab the wolves or push lane too far. I know to sit in base, let the buff pass and let them bring the fight to us. So many games are lost by impatience alone.
Teamwork and Communication. I Can shot call, and have no problems following calls from someone else. I always communicate my ganks with more than just a ping. Pings can sometimes be put in the back of your mind due to the fact some people overuse them. I tend to say my plan a minute or so prior, and keep you updated, so you can prepare your lane and cooldowns etc... I tend to ward, and buy Pinks as well.
(Top Specific) Laning. I tend to win lane phase more than not. I am good at farming and poking simultaneously. Often I will go 3/0 before ever attracting the enemy teams attention.
Weaknesses- Overconfidence. When I get a good killstreak going or a good amount of farm, I can tend to be ballsy without meaning to. I can go in for a gank, hurt them bad, have them on the run, and chase just a little too far, leaving 2 near dead enemies, and one very dead me.
Jungle Glue. I have a bad habit I have been trying to break, and am getting better. If I start a jungle camp, I stay on it until it is dead. That is normally good, except for when a teammate needs help. I've improved on this greatly, and would like people to let me know if I am doing it.
