Creating Challenger-level team for Challenger Series.
I'm in the process of creating a challenger-level team that will compete to enter the LCS during the next expansion tournament. I have had a high amount of experience with managing challenger teams in the past, so I am no newcomer to this. I'm looking for some players (and possibly a coach/analyst) who meet these prerequisites:
- Diamond + only (preferably higher)
- Ability to communicate
- Great work ethic and attitude (keep a level head, don't BM, etc)
- Must be respectful to your teammates and other peers
- Play on NA server
- Good equipment (ie computer, internet, mic, etc)
- Open schedule so practice is easy and convenient; this will be a full commitment, so please be ready to follow a rigorous practice schedule! Optional but preferred:
- Previous team experience
- Very thorough game knowledge
- Ability to work as a leader
