LF Duo I CAN EXPLAIN MY RANK

Looking for duo in mid to high gold, my rank is only silver 2 (I played 2 games and got demoted ;-;) but I have over a 60% win-rate and am looking to get out of silver because it is no fun. I've recently gotten back into playing GP and am currently also playing TF and Karthus. I can also play Shen and Tryndamere top. I'm a rather good support I like to say and jungling I know how to do pretty decently.

On to explaining my rank. When I first got to Level 30 my thick headed self decided to immediately go into ranked, which was not smart. I got placed Bronze Two and then promptly quit playing ranked. Only doing placements. I got B5 for all the others, meaning my MMR got really screwed in my ranked games. As of Season 7 I decided to play ranked so I would finally be recognized as not a "trash player" so I decided to get out of bronze and got from Bronze 5 to Silver 5 in about 60 games. 

So, I'm looking for someone to play with around my skill level to climb with and someone who can understand the predicament of MMR and would like to have a competent Top/Mid/Support/Jungler (I'm not a fan of ADC sorry friend)
