Starting a Ranked 5s team

We are trying to get a ranked 5s team together that actually wants to win not just troll We played a lot with our buddies and they want to just troll us all the time and it starts to get old and you get no where so we are trying to find a top laner mid laner and a jungler that are will to try to win some games and join some tournaments. we are looking for gold plus players that are not toxic and create a winning environment.
