Creating a competitive plat 5s team

Well exactly what the title says I'm a plat 4 jg main and I'm steadily climbing my way to diamond in solo que but I also want to create a serious 5s team to climb the flex ladder as well as compete in tournaments...

Practice will be wensday-Friday 7-11 pm est maybe even later if everyone is down to keep playing but you must be avaliable at these times every week

You must be at least plat in solo que I also want us to climb as a team so on our off days our bot lane dous together as well as jg mid and top douing together

This will be a very serious team so no selfish players and you must want to reach diamond in both flex and solo I want us to grow better together
