Ranked 5s Team LF Coach to help with Tournaments/Getting to Diamond

We've been together for a few weeks, we have a Diamond Midlaner, and everyone else is high plat level. My account is Gold 3 right now because I'm leveling a smurf because my main decay so much cuz I don't play for 7 monthes so I decided to level smurf instead of grind through low silver.

Regardless, my team wants a coach! We are signed up for the Dissonance Rookie League - a league for 5s teams between Silver-Plat. We're also signed up fora tournament already.

Our Ranked 5s Teams are in high Gold, 1 is Gold I the other Gold II, the W/L record is

8-1 & 14-5
