Low Elo Streamers Wanted

Ok guys I have an idea for my ranked team that I am wanting to start. First of all you must be a streamer (who is active). So fill in the info and we will go from there. You MUST be able to commit to the weekend only schedule. I want to try to have everyone in the same timezone as PST, but depending on your play schedule we may be able to work something out. Please no Ragers. Do not add me in game. I will be going through everyone's applications and having tryouts. Must have Discord along with a mic and know how to use it.

Keep in mind everyone this is not just any type of team. If you are chosen everything will be revealed to the whole team.

Rank: Role: Top 3 champs: Timezone: Stream Link: Team Commitment: Discord?: Mic?:

Note: This part is only a formality and will not affect whether or not you get on the team. Please tell the truth because I will check, if you lie then your automatically denied. YOU WILL NOT BE CHOSEN BY HOW MANY FOLLOWERS YOU HAVE.

Current Follower count: Active Viewers Per Stream: Do you communicate well with your viewers?: Are you partnered?: Are you entertaining to watch?: Do you actively upload videos to YouTube?: If yes, Channel Link:

I would also like to note that practice times will be as follows: Friday-Saturday 6pm-1am PST, Sunday 1pm-5pm then again after a break 10pm-3am PST. Times can be changed if necessary, but for now that's the practice times.
