Shitty teams/ Just a game

WHY is it so hard to find a good team? team builder, ARAM, or ranked, i always get shitty teams. granted I myself may not have 100% games all the time, but at least i try to. but it seems no one in these teams cares enough. "it's just a game" yes, but i prefer to WIN. not LOSE. no one THINKS before they act, they all just rush blindly into a team fight and think they can win it. . if you treat it like it's "Just normals" or "just a game" then you probably wont win. dont bring your "First time" to my games. go to bots. PRACTICE. LEARN the champion before wasting my time. THINK. analyze the situation. why should it even matter if it's ranked or not? if you enter a match, the end goal is to DEFEAT your enemies. not fucking feed and lose to them.
