Lf Top and Mid player for Ranked 5's

As title says, my team is looking for a top and mid to play with. The three of us on the team have been playing together for 2-3+ years and we have very good chemistry. Looking for players that can fit in with our play style and be willing to practice almost every day. We will be practicing primarily at night and try to play most nights though we understand if we can't. We plan on playing competitively together and enter tournaments and progress as far as we can, so this will be a serious competitive team. What are your goals competitively: While it's obvious that everyone wants to move up in the ladder, I'd like to find a team that I can work with and actually play competitively with. In-game, I focus primarily on objectives, especially as a top or mid. As a support, I focus on helping the adc and the rest of the team by backing up plays and poking the enemy when able.
