Looking for Serious Ranked 5's Team

As the title says I'm looking for a serious ranked 5's team that will be having scheduled practices, a set roster and goals higher than just playing the five placement games. I'm Silver I currently. I am a Support main for ranked teams (don't play supp in solo que because I find it easier to carry as JG). I can play every support very well, my three mains; Janna, Bruam and Leona but like I said, I can play any support.

In saying that, I can also play Jungle, the only weakness I have for jungle though is my lack of champion pool. I can play Vi, J4, Sejuani, Elise and Warwick well; only now just learning Lee Sin. So I certainly don't have a diverse champion pool of jungles. However for champ select, I have almost every champion so I can do trading easily.

I use EST timezone and can play from 6PM-9:30PM weekdays and anytime on weekends. I've had previous ranked team experience, my longest lasting team got Silver I before we disbanded. Hoping for a team that will stick together longer.
