I'm in Bronze 2 and I main ADC or mid. I'm not looking to be carried I just need some one to help me get out. I feel like I'm a silver player but I can't seem to get the traction. If anyone wants to duo or help let me know. IGN: Bad2average

If you want more serious help, especially with carry roles, your best bet is to contact a coach or analyst to help you figure out what you need to work on. if you are trapped in bronze there is usually a reason even if you are capable of reaching gold based on mind or mechanical skills. Duos are great ways to climb yes, but it wont tell you where you belong all the time, like having training wheels. you may still put the power in your legs to go far, but the extra hands are your new fail-safe. Improvement comes from pushing yourself, id rather learn how to drive a car than add training wheels to a bike

i second this but /r/summonerschool instead of paying for a coach.
don't ever pay to learn things about a video game. information should be free.
there are tons of people on there that are willing to review replays with you and give you tips and advice on how to climb. i've learned a lot.
