LF Duo in Silver/Low bronze

I have been playing a lot of ranked recently, and have encountered a steady stream of people who just don't care about the game or rage. I'm looking for someone who can help carry with me or even help carry when I'm having a bad game. Please just let me know, we can play a couple games as duo and see how we like it. Some background of my league history is that I have been playing for about 5 years the first 2-3 being almost daily or every other day. Then I took a break and have came back and gone on breaks here and there until now. Now I have a computer with a graphics card and a i7 processor so I can run league smoothly on high settings to maximize my gameplay potential. I'm trying to climb out of Bronze for the 3rd time and am really setting my sights on Gold this season. I usually Mid/Jungle but I will play any lane except for support because most people in bronze/silver wont be able to carry so id rather take my chances lol.
