I'm looking for someone or multiple people to play normal or ranked with. I'm not the best at League, I'm only Silver 3, but I'm pretty decent and want to make new friends :).

Probably not, but I am still leveling my account and relearning the game. I would love to have someone to party with and I can learn from. but I understand if that is not something you want to do.
