Psycho E-Sports Now Recruiting for All Positions (Gold-Plat)

TL;DR: Looking for highly competitive players and coaches who can commit to a team, with goals of improving and taking on tournaments.

Who We Are: Psycho E-Sports is a young team dedicated to competing at our highest level. We look for and recruit players who have the desire and passion for competition, either through a love of the sport or simply showing you are better than your opponent. We manage these driven players, giving them like minded teams to compete with, as well as coaching and lessons to help them reach their next level, unlocking even more opportunities to test themselves.

Why Join?: We have all been a part of teams before that have fallen apart before they even began. A group of friends or strangers can make a strong team, but fighting between leaderships and scheduling can break even the best teams, and a no show can cause it to crumble all together. Under Psycho's management, the responsibilities of a leader are taken care of by a third party, granting the players more time to do what they do best, play.

With Psycho's management, everything from replacements to schedules to events are all professionally managed, taking every burden possible off the player to let them grow unhindered.

As well, with our multiple team structure, you will have access to compete against your fellow fellow Psycho players, gaining insight both from an opponent's perspective, as well as a friend who also mains your role, helping in both members improving much faster.

What We're Looking For: With the new formation of Psycho E-Sports, we have many openings available, both for players, as well as coaches and analysts. For players, all we ask for is:

• A player aged 16 or older
• A rank between Gold V and Platinum II
• A player with a dedicated role
• A functioning mic and voice comms
• An availability minimum of three days a week

For our coaches, we do ask a little more, as they will be taking over the position of one of the team's mentors, such as:

• Age 20 or older
• A functioning mic and voice comms
• An availability of three days a week
• Previous tournament/league experience

How to Apply All applicants interested in a position must first add myself (IGN: Xepheral) through the league client. From there, a brief interview will be conducted on the player to determine if the player would be a good fit with our organization. Tryouts will be held depending on the player's availability during the week, often accompanied by other applicants. A victory or defeat of these tryout matches is irrelevant. The players will be analysed more on personal skill, communication with the team, and their personalities than the outcome of the match.
