Hello everyone.

True Minded Gaming is now recruiting Silver-Gold members for our newest team, TMG Frost Kings. If you are interested in any of the positions listed below, please read the respective description and fill out the application.

Coach: Show up to all practices, just as a team member would; Appoint a captain to schedule all practices; Work with the team in order to improve gameplay and communication; Demonstrate game knowledge and good understanding of macro mechanics in the game; Be willing to work with and coach the team.

Analyst: Watch/spectate at least a third of a team’s games; Write notes about gameplay issues that were observed while watching and spectating games; Share those notes either electronically or verbally (via Discord) with the team.

Player: Be dedicated to, be loyal to, and show respect to every single member of team and organization; Have a positive attitude; Understand/admit his own mistakes and be willing to work on them.

If any, list all previous experience playing on a competitive team or coaching: Use to be a professional ygo player who led a team into tournaments, since YuGiOh was not nearly as organized as League is in terms of positions, a team captain on a ygo team was basically both the coach and the analyst and hell even the guy who was in charge of the money. It was a fun hobby and we were constantly able to maintain money through selling cards and prizes to sustain our hobby and go out and get food. I got pretty good at understanding what is needed to maintain a healthy team environment.

What is your specialty (meaning what do you know a lot about, and what could you teach the best): Through leading teams in the past with no one to help me out, I understand the most crucial part in teams is a fusion of two things. The first would be winning objectively, what is the difference between winning objectively and just flat out winning? Well the answer is simple, winning objectively is to create a realistic goal in what you and your possible squad want to achieve. Work for that goal and once you accomplish it, make a new one. To take baby steps. The second most important thing is to understand what the players need. If you can satisfy the needs, the players will give you results.

Any other team has not been together for longer then 2 months due to no one wanting to stay together...
