Lack of public resume, no experience, what you offer, what you want back as compensation

no credentials offered, no guarantee your advice/management is top notch or even worth looking at

I am 24.

High School and College Student Government President.

Managed a retail store. Hired, fired, trained, coached and supported all store employees.

Have trained/coached in other professional settings such as banks, telemarketing companies and Student Government.

I have worked with an organization (Hi-Fi Gaming) as their Senior Manager. I have spent the last month and a half managing the teams there. I interviewed and scouted the applicants. I have done the same for the coaches/analysts. I also negotiated with established teams to bring them into the organization for sponsorship. I have managed social media for teams and organizations as well. At the moment I am looking to manage new teams and either bring them into Hi-Fi Gaming or another organization that would fit the needs/desires of said team.

I have been playing and watching League of Legends since season 1. I coach individuals and teams which has led to me becoming a manger. With my experience in leadership and understanding of the game I am a good choice as a team manager. I understand the dynamics of a team (I have been apart of many). I understand how to promote an organization (I did that in high school and college). I am someone with real life experiences and the foundational knowledge of the game. [Foundational isn't a word but I plan to use it anyway]

Vayne Hentai, this is probably a lot more helpful. I was going to post with more detail this morning. I had a family emergency and not wanting to fall behind on my intended schedule I posted a much shorter and vanilla application. I'll reboot it tomorrow and if you catch it floating across the board it should be worth a look.
