Plat 2+ Looking for a serious Flex Team to climb

Something about me: I've been playing league for 5 seasons now, climbed from Plat 5 in Season 4 to promos for Plat 1 in Season 7. I feel most comfortable playing jungle/top. Im also a huge fan of the new Evelynn and really enjoy playing her. What I am looking for is a team where each individual player is almost in the same league as me. I want to rise as a team, where we can depend on each other even if someone has a bad game.
