S4 Putting together a serious team to climb the ranked ladder

What's up guys my IGN is Ziggy AzaIea, so are you tired of playing ranked with abunch of strangers and losing because people throw in spite of one person? okay well I sure am so i'm gonna put together a team so just answer these questions for me and ill see how you stand against everyone else. Also i'm not gonna be the team captain so someones gonna have to claim that position.

Strengths: Warding. Shot Calling.

Weaknesses: I'd like to know, so I could play better; however, unfortunately, I do not know.

Availability: Pretty much whenever.

Why I should choose you: I've played for platinum teams as their support, and they seem to think I've done a good job.
