team for help to carry games

hey community i am bronze 2 due to huge mmr constant loses and dc problems usually i am being matched up with r%%%%%s and i am looking for a good mid laner ( i main top) to carry games with him i usually pick jax(top) or yasuo (mid) and i carry 60% of games but i cant do much alone i have done miracles with communication, and it happenend many times we won a 2v5 so i am looking for a silver ,bronze guy who knows how to play so we can climb up elo together Thank you for your time!!
