Creating New Team -- LFP (Season 5 Plat3+) ADC, Mid, Jungle, Top

Hey, I've decided that after looking for a team for the past few weeks on here that I'd just rather create my own. I'm looking for players that can commit during the evening time (typically after 8pm CST) on the weekdays and then as we progress start looking for weekend tournaments. I am looking for a fresh roster full of four players and if we like multiple people there are possibilities for substitute roles.

A bit about myself... I've been playing competitive games for almost a decade now, and I really enjoy the competitive side of gaming and would prefer to be playing with 5 people rather than jumping into a solo queue game. I do not mind shot calling in game, but would also like there to be input from each player involved, especially our jungler having a big voice inside game. I will have a coach who was D2 last season join us if all the team is okay with it, otherwise we'll go without.
