Looking for a sub for 5v5 ranked Silver+

We usually have 1 person who cant make it to our ranked 5s and its usually a different person every time. We need someone who has the ability to fill any role if we need them but is okay with not being part of the core team. It is also needed for you to be able to play champs in the current meta.
