I will coach a team
Before we are a team as players we are people, you care about improvement both individually and collectively. If you have a thought express it.
I will hold no judgement to a player who has a tendency to get angry and will listen to every word objectively, however, if it affects the team negatively I will remove you. Also, a tolerance for any kind of individual is a valuable asset.
I am a college student at the age 28, close to 29. I work weekends in the evenings. My background in online gaming started with Starcraft 1. I have played Warcraft 1 & 2 as I was addicted when I was younger. Among many others, I also played DoTA 1 when it was just an infant via warcraft 3. I also played Starcraft 2, Heroes of Newarth, and maybe 3 games of DOTA 2. Counter-strike is a worthy mention too.
I have achieved Diamond 4 last season, but decayed to platinum 1 because life. I am a Shaco main and have typically enjoyed casters type champions in the past (earlier in league, DOTA, SC, etc.). My irl friend duo for these games would refer to me as a tactician; I did not argue. My personal judgement; I had a great eye. My weakness; I relied on randoms. But even the enemies are randoms! So it's no excuse, focus on relevant facts of the developing game. Winning is the goal.
Player requirements: Confidence, Masters, Diamond, Platinum.
Positions Open: Top, Middle, Support, Jungle, Bottom
I'm also busy so this will possibly develop slowly and with momentum if things go towards business.
