LF Gold4+ non-jungle for duo

So I had really bad luck on a new account and my lanes hard inted in the first 5 mins (jungle account) so I just started 0-4 for no reason. Came back on today and am now 4-5 and MMR is silver 2/1 so I'm praying if my last game is like gold3+ mmr Ill make the hail mary into gold 5. I could always just play from silver 2/1 but whats the point if I can get placed gold and save myself like 20 games.
edit: I wasn't really clear, I'm 4-5 in placements on a fresh account with silver 2/1 MMR.
