In need of OBJECTIVE players

I am Silver 5 right now. I was B3 first as this was the second season I've ever played ranked. I've been playing league since season 2 or 3, however. I played a lot of ARAM so I know how to team fight. I also watch a very large amount of pro games from mainly Korea, NA, and EU.

Since I've played ranked a lot more recently, I notice that every one in this elo only cherishes getting kills, no matter what it costs the team in the long run. I am tired of watching team members feed endlessly just for a few kills here and there instead of grabbing easy turrets or other objectives to help win the match. I am very big on macro play and team fighting when it is necessary.

I am looking for either a full team or at least another laner for duo. I play anywhere except jg. If we can hold at least two different lanes, I think winning will be much easier. I have a very large champion pool as I played ARAM for many years. My highest success is probably found bot lane or mid lane.

I am 23 and a college grad of architecture. I can lead the team, but I don't mind if someone more inclined wants to do so. Honestly, jg should lead, but it doesn't matter to me.
