Gold 4 Jungler main looking for a Serious Ranked 5's team

Hi, I am ulciscerehd, Jungle main and I would like to find a team that actually plays game as a group and just doesn't play 5's to play. I'd like to find a team that has days set on practice. Team that tries to scrim if they have a chance to, that communicates and just doesn't go YOLO for no reason. My main champions would be ; Lee sin, Maokai, Evelynn and working on J4. If anyone is interested and or has some questions, add me in game.

I am able to use skype. I also have a application that I will go ahead and paste into here.

3. Solo queue rank - Gold 4
4. Ranked 5s rank - Silver 3 and gold 5
5. Runes/Masteries up to date? - As always
6. Competitive experience - Played League of legends for about 2 years, took it serious for a year and a half. Played in some tournaments with a old ranked 5's team I opened up in my school, didn't get anywhere ranked wise but we did win some tournaments.
7. Availability - Monday - Friday ( 3pm- 7pm Eastern Time) Saturday and sunday ( all day)
8. Skype/Mumble/Teamspeak -I'd prefer Skype and/or TS
9. Willing to be a shotcaller? - Yes, I myself play champions that are willing to initiate if the team follows up on.
10. Willing to be captain? - Doesn't shotcaller fall under the category of a shot caller? If so, then yes.
