Returning Plat 2 LF team

Stopped playing league in may 2015, I once again have the time to play a lot. I'd like to find a team to play with consistently (ie: on a schedule) that can get me through my "rust" and answer meta/item questions as we play Before I quit my best champions in each role (in no particular order):

Top: Moakai, Dr. Mundo, Irelia, Jax, Kennen, Lissandra, Nasus, Morgana, Ryze, Shyvana, Shen, Trundle, Tryndamere, Vladimir, Yorick

Jungle: Moakai, Lee sin, Trundle, Vi,

The meta has likely changed and of course I will pickup new champs as needed
