LFG Silver 3 Mid Laner Looking for Serious Ranked Team

Hi, I'm looking for a team that is serious about climbing the ladder, and wants to improve and keep playing together as a team. I don't really have very much ranked 5's experience, maybe 10 games at most. I think playing in tournements would be fun, but I certainly don't expect it. I have a flexible schedule, can download any voice application, and can take criticism to become a better player. I have knowledge about how to build a teamcomp, and have a very big champion pool for mid lane to play something that fits with whatever we want to run. I don't really want to be a sub, and if I need to prove I'm good enough to be a starter then that is completely fine. I also don't intend to leave any team I join, unless they are consistently not performing, or I have problems with the way things are done, which most likely won't happen, I'm pretty chill.

I also love to play not so common picks like but I know that the circumstances in which they should be played aren't very common. so I will only use them if the situation is just right.
