Looking For Duo Partner/Ranked Team

I'm currently ranked Silver 3, formerly Silver 1. I am looking for either a ranked duo partner or ranked team. In ranked I get frustrated as my team most of the time does not communicate well and will go on their own (usually feeding). So I am looking for either another person to back me up in those tough ranked games or for a whole team to play with. I don't currently "main" a position, I usually just go where I'm able. On weekends I am on most of the day until late at night and on school days I play from around 2:30 PM EST to 10:00 PM EST. Feel free to add me on skype or league, information is below.
