I'm Silver and I'm trying to get better

My ultimate goal is to be Master/Challenger. I know this is a far stretch but I was wondering if there's any Platinum,Diamond or even Master ranked players who will be willing to play _**normals **_with me so I could play with other Platinum,Diamond, or Master players and hopefully improve. And before you say to watch streams, and replays of higher elo players, I do enough of that whenever I'm not playing league.

I'm a Talon main and I've played over 340 total games with him on two accounts, if that means anything.
