Support Main looking for a Duo to join or add (Silver+)

I'm a support main. Let me tell you what. I've never wanted to go to the store and buy wiper fluid more in my life than in this current season of league of legends.

I'm looking for people that aren't going to go ADC fiddlesticks and that can basically function more than a goldfish. Preferably looking for an ADC, other roles kinda work, just looking to climb. Bad enough when I drop to silver 5 from 3 when you just can't help a top lane Janna. I seriously wonder what riot thinks about letting these people into high elo. Like- literally a monkey can do more than some of these kids. I have Skype, curse, teamspeak, etc.
