I am looking to create a team of intelligent, mechanically skilled players who understand the game on a deeper level than just solo que. Rotations, Power Spikes, Team Compositions, and in depth analysis/discussion will be regularly practiced and exercised in every match. If you do not know how to lane swap, move around the map at any point in the game, or adapt to the match you are in, I am not interested in having you on my team. If you are interested in joining a team that will be playing at a high level from the start, fill out the application below.

This team will be practicing nightly starting at 10:30-10:45PM CST daily. Days off will be determined by the team as a whole, as well as tournaments. The roles needed are Mid or Top and ADC. Be ready to play what is needed to win the game and not what you personally want. I will assume the role of the primary shot caller and I will depend on everyone to communicate and relay information to me constantly. (We might play this evening) Application IGN: Role: Current Rank: Highest Rank(this season): op.gg link: Champions Owned (All or most will be required): Are your rune pages up to date/meta: What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: Will you acknowledge your own errors: Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand:

Thank you for filling out the application. I will add you in game if your application stands out. Sincerely, Finte.

IGN: Kathrall Current Rank: Plat 2 Highest Rank(this season): Diamond 4 (Inactivity Decay) op.gg link: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=kathrall Champions Owned (All or most will be required): I own just about every meta champion. Are your rune pages up to date/meta: Yes What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: I think it's very important, as well as to have a 6th impartial opinion on the matter (coach/analyst) Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: Nope. Will you acknowledge your own errors: Already do. Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: Not really, I usually just try playing the game out as much as possible. Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: I wouldn't say "relaxing", but I play a lot more aggressively which can obviously go good/bad. Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: Nope.

PS, I jungle. You may want to include "Role:" in your application template!

IGN: GGpuff Role: Support > ADC Current Rank: Diamond 5 Highest Rank(this season): Diamond 5 op.gg link: https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=ggpuff Champions Owned (All or most will be required): About half, will get the ones needed for different comps Are your rune pages up to date/meta: Yes What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: All three are vital, although I haven't done many post match analysis before, I'm interested in discussing. Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: No Will you acknowledge your own errors: Absolutely Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: very rarely Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: Takes unwanted stress off, feels good but I don't "relax" as in become sloppier, no wins are guaranteed. Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: Many, and I probably know some parts my teammates don't know so we can learn from each other.

IGN: Support is Bae Role: Support Current Rank: Diamond 5 Highest Rank(this season): Diamond 4 Champions Owned (All or most will be required): All Are your rune pages up to date/meta: Yes. What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: All are critical, perhaps the most important in my opinion being post match analysis. Without post match analysis, there is nothing to stress in practice. Preparation should happen without saying. Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: It depends on how it is delivered. There is a difference between toxicity and criticism... Will you acknowledge your own errors: Always. Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: I am not prone to it, however, after playing since release, I understand some games are past the point of return and can accept that. However, if the team is not ready or willing to surrender, I fall in line. Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: No. During the course of a match, there is no room for error and complacency creates room for error. Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: If I encounter any, I research it and ask necessary questions to the appropriate people.

I posted earlier today an application on the Team Recruitment Board that will delve slightly deeper into this particular application, and all else could be discussed in a conversation if the recruiter has any further questions. I look forward to hearing a response, whether positive or negative!

Application IGN: Paincakeman Role: Support Current Rank: Plat 2 Highest Rank(this season): Plat 2 op.gg link: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=paincakeman Champions Owned (All or most will be required): All Are your rune pages up to date/meta: Yesssss What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: My favorite part is practice and prep. I love discussing strategies on playstyle, team comp, and matchups. I practice so much because I want to be the best I can be. I'm always attentive and take a few moments after my games to think about what I messed up on, what I could've done better and what I did do well. Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: Only if you starting calling me an idiot. Will you acknowledge your own errors: I focus on them. Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: Surrender is not an option. Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: A match can change in one instant, if you relax, you become susceptible. Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: No, but I will always welcome helpful criticism.

What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: I believe pre-game and post-game routines are just as important as in-game mechanics and game play. Going into a match ill-prepared is a sure way of being beaten or winning by luck. I use replay.gg and when I have time, I like to go over matches to cringe at my mistakes and misplays and mentally pep-talking myself to improve the next game.

Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: Most definitely not. I support constructive criticism and there is no such thing as a perfect game. I actively strive to be a better player every game, and outer perspective helps with that.

Will you acknowledge your own errors: Yes. I understand that I need to work more on map awareness and being more wary during mid-game when teams begin to gather for team fights. Depending on who I play, I occasionally lack the ability to properly peel for my ADC. But because I am aware of these mishaps, I constantly remind myself to improve upon them before the next game.

Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: Nope. Just finished a 55 minute game today and came back after a 10k gold deficit. We had no nexus towers and all 3 inhibitors were down at one point. You can view the game's details here.

Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: Never. The worst thing to do is to underestimate the enemy even if we're ahead. Finish off strong. If we're ahead, win by a landslide. If we're behind, improve mental astuteness and come back!

Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: The fact that KT Rolster didn't ban Fiora in their games when they continuously lost because of KOO's pick on Fiora in their matches. ?__?

IGN: Wizzswagg Role: ADC Current Rank: d5 Highest Rank(this season): d4 op.gg link: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=wizzswagg Champions Owned (All or most will be required): missing 6 Are your rune pages up to date/meta: always What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: practice is key for mechanics, winning lane, and teamfights. I always warm up woth a normal game and just work on cs, positioning, and decision making. One of the most important things is the post match analysis becuase if you dont know what you are messing up on you cant fix the problem. Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: no as long as it as spoken as criticism and not blame or said in a toxic manner Will you acknowledge your own errors: always becuase i am always looking to get better Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: no i play as if there is always a chance to win Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: no i push the advantages i have and try to secure the win as fast as possible Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: im not amazing at shot calling but i can respond to shot calls i understand the game just dont communicate what we need to accomplish very well so i try not to shot call.

Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: No. It's not over until the nexus explodes Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: No. I might build more aggressively if we're ahead though Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: Theory crafting, I can not for the life of me be the guy to come up with new strats, I'm more of a follower than a leader, I may not understand "Why" someone does something, but I can take it and run far with it.

IGN: Exilable

Role: Mid/top

Current Rank: d5 Highest Rank(this season): d3 op.gg link: http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Exilable

Champions Owned (All or most will be required): All

Are your rune pages up to date/meta: Yes

What is your take on practice, preparation, and post match analysis: I think that all 3 parts are important to a team's success. I coached a team earlier this year and we took all three very seriously and did well (the team peaked at p2).

Will you confuse criticism for toxicity: No, if I fuck up to the point that someone does become toxic, I probably deserve it and will be self critical anyways.

Will you acknowledge your own errors: Above^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Are you prone to giving up before either nexus falls: If the game is clearly over, as in 35 kills to 2 and we have no towers or drags, yes. Otherwise, no.

Are you someone who finds themselves relaxing when ahead in a match: Not really.

Are there any parts of high level play that you do not understand: The only one that I think I struggle with in my own play would be an occasional rotational error from time to time. Other than that, I get it.
