Silver II support lf team

I have been playing off and on since season 1 and have recently come back to playing daily. I'm looking for a team to play and learn tactics, mainly to avoid getting in to solo queue and having all 5 of us disperse doing our own thing in the midst of a team game. I do not use skype because of some sys 32 error that develops when i enter a League game while in a call. I can however use curse voice, and am open to any criticism. Like every other league player i have encountered, I believe myself to be good, unlike most of the players I have met, I KNOW that I have plenty I need to work on which is one of the reasons I am looking for a team. By playing games with the same people over and over I can receive advice and improve from game to game.
