Free Agents

I was reading about Hai stepping down as the mid laner for C9 and was thinking about who would replace him. I did a search for LoL free agents and found a website that listed 25 players who were looking to be picked up. The problem was that it didn't show the elo of the players or the stats. When I do a search for upcoming NBA free agency it shows the salary, the stats, the former team and basically the players bio (height, weight, etc). Do you guys think Riot or some other LoL stats site should create a easily accessible list of players that are willing to be picked up by a pro team? I mean of course they would have to do an application process for the player and set a minimum elo level, but with all the information they already have it wouldn't be too difficult to filter out the players who have no shot. I believe if LoL really wants to take the next step into becoming an established "sport" Riot needs to borrow some ideas that are used in other professional sports. Just a thought.
